You can permanently delete your Nudge account and its associated data at any time.

delete it in the app

  1. Open Nudge and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap "delete account".
  4. Confirm the permanent deletion prompt.

The app deletes the account, authentication record, rooms, tasks, cleaning sessions, completion history, reports, and associated Nudge subscription record.

request deletion without the app

Email support@nudgeclean.app from the email address associated with your Nudge account and use the subject "Nudge account deletion request". We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.

what is deleted or retained

  • Account, profile, room, task, session, completion, report, and authentication data is permanently deleted.
  • Anonymous aggregate analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
  • Store transaction records controlled by Apple or Google remain subject to that store's legal and retention requirements.

subscriptions are separate

Deleting your Nudge account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the subscription settings of the store that processed your purchase.
