The short version: we collect only what we need to run the app, we never sell your data, and you can delete your account and associated data at any time.

1. Who We Are

Nudge is an AI-powered cleaning coach app designed for people who find starting tasks difficult. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@nudgeclean.app.

2. Data We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and sign-in method for authentication and account recovery. To power the coaching features, we store rooms, cleaning tasks, completion status, generated cleaning plans, and session history.

Before a cleaning session, the app may ask for your current energy level and available time. This is used to personalize the cleaning plan for that session.

3. Room Photos

If you use the Scan Room feature, you may optionally submit a photo of your room. The photo is sent to our AI service for analysis and is not permanently stored after the plan is generated.

4. Subscriptions and Usage Data

Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We also use product analytics and crash reporting to understand aggregate usage patterns and fix bugs.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide, personalize, and improve Nudge, generate cleaning plans, send optional reminders, manage subscriptions, diagnose crashes, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or build advertising profiles.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or analytics opt-out. To exercise these rights, email support@nudgeclean.app.

7. Security and Retention

We use TLS encryption, database row-level security, and secure token storage. We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your rooms, tasks, session history, email address, and authentication record are removed.
