Please read these Terms before using the Nudge mobile application. By downloading or using Nudge, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Nudge is an AI-powered cleaning coach application that helps users manage household tasks through room and task tools, generated cleaning plans, session timers, room scanning, optional reminders, and progress cards.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Nudge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate account information.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Nudge offers a premium subscription with full access. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play Store. We may offer a free trial period, and your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, upload harmful content, scrape the Service, or resell access.

5. AI-Generated Content

Nudge uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized cleaning suggestions and plans. These plans are suggestions, not medical or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on suggestions at your own discretion.

6. User Content

Content you create within Nudge remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content only as needed to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided as available without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
