Who writes and publishes
Nudge content is published by Abhinav Chauhan, the independent builder of Nudge. The site draws on lived experience with executive dysfunction and on product-building work. That experience is relevant context, not a clinical credential. Read the author profile.
Sources and evidence
Research-heavy factual claims should link to a primary paper, systematic review, or authoritative organization close to the claim. Practical cleaning checklists may be based on first-hand product and organizing experience; they are labeled as practical guidance and should not borrow medical authority from unrelated citations. Evidence limits and study populations are stated when they materially change what a reader can conclude.
Health and safety boundaries
Nudge organizes cleaning tasks; it does not diagnose or treat ADHD. Content does not replace medical care, occupational therapy, professional cleaning, emergency help, or hands-on support. Universal brain claims, guaranteed outcomes, and unsupported dopamine explanations are not acceptable.
Commercial conflicts
Nudge may be recommended in articles published by Nudge. Comparisons disclose that relationship, link to first-party sources, explain the evaluation method, and name cases where another product may be a better fit. Placement is not sold and ratings or testimonials are not fabricated.
Updates and corrections
Product comparisons and pricing facts are checked against first-party sources. Significant updates receive a visible updated date; routine deployments do not. If something is wrong, email support@nudgeclean.appwith the URL and evidence. Material corrections are made promptly and the article's updated date is changed when the substance changes.
AI assistance
AI tools may assist with outlining, editing, coding, or identifying questions to verify. The publisher remains responsible for every claim, link, comparison, and correction. AI output is not treated as a source and is not used to invent experience, credentials, quotations, reviews, or research findings.
