Inflow alternative, if what you wanted was the house done

These are not the same kind of product, and pretending otherwise would not help you choose. Inflow is a program you work through. Nudge is a tool you open when a room has got away from you.

short answer

Inflow is a CBT-inspired ADHD program: modules, an AI companion and live coworking rooms, covering focus, procrastination and emotional regulation. Nudge is a cleaning app that gives one task at a time, sized to the energy and time you have. Pick Inflow to build skills across daily life. Pick Nudge if the specific thing that keeps slipping is the house. Inflow publishes no price, so no one can tell you which is cheaper.

Built from the can't-start problem, not a perfect-home ideal

I build Nudge alone, and I live with executive dysfunction. I designed it around one tiny action, changing capacity, and restarting without a missed-day penalty—the cleaning support I wanted to use myself.

The price question, answered honestly

So here is our half of it, plainly. Nudge is $2.99 a week, $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year. Against the cleaning apps we have price-checked Nudge is the more expensive one — Sweepy is $19.99 a year and Tody is $9.99, both read on 2026-08-11 and set out on the comparison hub. When Inflow is the better choice

When Nudge is the better choice

What the cleaning half actually looks like

  • Nudge Start Rescue on iPhone, step 2 of 4, asking How stuck does it feel? No wrong answer, it only picks the size of the first step. Three choices, each with a small Mochi: I could push, I just need a nudge to stand up; I'm frozen, I'm looking at it and not moving; and It feels impossible, even standing feels like too much.

what Nudge does instead of a lesson

One question about how stuck you feel, then one physical step, read out.

  • Nudge home on iPhone, scrolled below the Visit Mochi card to when it is hard: a 5 min, no brain needed bar, then six tiles: Start rescue, frozen? one step; Panic clean, guests soon; Scan my mess, photo to a start; Plan my day, sized to energy; Clean with Mochi, company while you tidy; and Routines, same steps, no deciding.

    the whole menu

Under the next step, one place for when it is hard: Start Rescue, Panic Clean, Scan My Mess, Plan My Day, Clean with Mochi and routines.

  • Clean with Mochi on iPhone: Mochi carries a small gift across an arched room with a green sofa and says i'm here. pick one small spot to start. Below, 09:53 left of 10 minutes, ten progress pips with the first one lit, and the label tidying together, then I'm done and Stop.

    company, not coworking

Clean with Mochi: the cat, soft rain and a timer if you want one. Nobody else is watching.

One job, one price, one place to cancel

Nudge is a subscription on iPhone, billed only through the App Store. Weekly is $2.99 with no trial. Monthly is $6.99 and Annual is $49.99, and both include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.

Before you switch anything

If Inflow is still billing you, sort that out first — it can charge through Apple or through its own website and the two cancel in different places. The cancellation guide covers both routes, and this page compares what each app tells you before you subscribe.

Inflow alternative questions

Is Nudge a replacement for Inflow?

No, and it would be misleading to say so. Inflow is a coaching and skills program covering all of daily life. Nudge does one job: getting cleaning started and finished. If you were using Inflow mainly for the house, Nudge covers that narrowly and better. If you were using it for focus and emotional regulation, Nudge does not replace it at all.

Which one is cheaper?

We cannot tell you. Inflow does not publish a subscription price on its website, so there is nothing verifiable to compare. Nudge is Weekly $2.99, Monthly $6.99 or Annual $49.99. Against the cleaning apps we have checked, Nudge is the more expensive choice.

I want to cancel Inflow first. How?

It depends whether Apple or Inflow's website took the money, because they cancel in different places. The step-by-step for both routes is on our Inflow cancellation guide.

Does Nudge have coworking or body doubling?

Not with other people. There are no live sessions and no one else in the app. The closest thing is Clean with Mochi: the cat keeps you company on screen while you tidy, with soft rain, a calm line every minute and a half, and a 10, 20 or 30-minute timer if you want one. There is no camera and no chat.

Does Nudge have a free tier?

No. Onboarding shows the plans after a few questions, and "not yet" on that screen lets you try one tiny task before you choose. Every plan includes the whole app.
