inflow cancellation, checked 2026-09-15
How to cancel an Inflow subscription
short answer
Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and cancel Inflow there. If Inflow is not in that list, you are being billed on the web instead of through Apple: sign in on getinflow.io and cancel in the account area, then email hello@getinflow.io so the date is in writing. Apple refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com and only cover Apple-billed charges; a web charge has to go to your card issuer.
There are two ways to be paying Inflow, and they cancel in two different places. Almost everyone who says they cancelled and got charged anyway was looking in the wrong one of the two. This page covers both, then what to do about money that already left.
Built from the can't-start problem, not a perfect-home ideal
I build Nudge alone, and I live with executive dysfunction. I designed it around one tiny action, changing capacity, and restarting without a missed-day penalty—the cleaning support I wanted to use myself.
How to cancel Inflow subscription payments: the two routes, in order
step 1
Look in Apple's subscription list first
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. If Inflow appears in that list, Apple is billing you: tap it, then tap Cancel Subscription. The entry stays visible until the paid period runs out, which is normal and does not mean the cancellation was ignored.
step 2
If it is not in that list, you are being billed on the web
Inflow's App Store listing shows in-app purchases, but sign-ups that start from the quiz on getinflow.io can be paid for on the website instead. A web subscription never appears in Apple's Subscriptions screen, which is the single most common reason people believe they cancelled and were charged anyway. Sign in to your account on getinflow.io and cancel from the account or billing area there.
step 3
Put the cancellation in writing
Email hello@getinflow.io, the support address published on Inflow's own App Store listing, and say plainly that you are cancelling and on what date. Keep the sent message. If the charges continue, that timestamped email is the evidence your bank will ask for.
step 4
Ask Apple for a refund if Apple took the money
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the same Apple Account, find the charge and choose the option that matches what happened. Apple decides these case by case and there is no guaranteed outcome, but requests made soon after the charge tend to go better than ones made months later. This route only exists for Apple-billed purchases.
step 5
If the money left by card, dispute it with your bank
For a web subscription Apple cannot help at all. Contact your card issuer, quote the statement descriptor and the date of your cancellation email, and ask them to stop further payments. Cancelling the card is a last resort, not a first move, because it also breaks every other subscription on it.
step 6
Confirm it actually stopped
Check the same place a week later, and again after the date the next payment was due. A cancellation that only exists in an app's own settings screen is not confirmed until no money moves on the renewal date.
Why this is confusing in the first place
An app that sells through the App Store has one cancel screen and Apple owns it. An app that also sells on its own website has two, and nothing on either screen tells you which one applies to you. On 2026-09-15 Inflow's App Store listing stated that in-app purchases exist, and its website put the price behind a quiz rather than on a pricing page, so which path you ended up on depends on where you started.
That is worth knowing before the next app, not just this one. The question to ask at sign-up is simply: will this appear in my Apple subscriptions? If the answer is no, the only record of the agreement is an email you may not have kept.
One place to cancel, and the price on the screen before you start
Nudge sells only through the App Store, so it cancels in one place: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Weekly is $2.99 with no trial. Monthly is $6.99 and Annual is $49.99, and both include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, so nothing is charged before day 7.
If you came to Inflow to get the house under control
Inflow is a lessons-and-coaching app: its own App Store description calls it a science-based CBT-inspired program with modules, an AI companion and live coworking rooms. That is a different product from a cleaning app, and for plenty of people it is the right one.
If what you actually wanted was the kitchen dealt with, the narrower tool is the better fit, and the comparison page says where each one wins.
Cancelling Inflow: common questions
Why is Inflow not showing in my Apple subscriptions?
Because that subscription was almost certainly bought on the web rather than through the App Store. Apple's Subscriptions screen only lists purchases Apple processed. Sign in on getinflow.io and cancel from the account area there instead.
Where is the Inflow Cancel Subscription button?
Only in Apple's list, and only if Apple bills you: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Inflow, then Cancel Subscription. A subscription bought on the web has no such button on your iPhone. Sign in on getinflow.io and cancel from the account area there.
I cancelled and I was charged again. What now?
Work out which of the two billing paths took the money. If it was Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If it was a card payment on the web, email hello@getinflow.io with the date you cancelled and then raise it with your card issuer, quoting that email.
How much does Inflow cost?
Inflow does not publish a price on its website. On 2026-09-15 the price was shown only after completing the quiz on getinflow.io, and its App Store listing states that in-app purchases exist without listing the amounts. Check the price on the screen in front of you before you confirm anything, because we will not quote a number we cannot verify.
Does cancelling mean I lose access straight away?
With an Apple-billed subscription you normally keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Web subscriptions vary by provider, so read the confirmation screen when you cancel.
Is Nudge billed the same way?
No. Nudge is sold only through the App Store, so there is exactly one place it can appear and exactly one place it can be cancelled: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. There is no website account and no card on file with us.
How we checked, and when
Inflow's App Store listing, support address and website was read on 2026-09-15 from the company's own website or its current App Store listing. Apps change their prices, their billing providers and their cancellation flows. Confirm anything that matters to you before you subscribe or cancel, and tell us if something here is out of date: support.
